How is Docable priced?
Per org, sized by the number of templates — never by user and never by document. Start free with 2 templates; paid plans are a flat price for the whole org. Every plan includes every feature, and covers your production org plus all connected sandboxes.
Do sandboxes need their own licence?
No. Your plan covers the production org and every sandbox connected to it — build, test and refresh as many as you like at no extra cost.
Why not per-user pricing?
Because per-user pricing punishes adoption. Documents are most valuable when everyone — sales, service, ops, portals — can generate them. With Docable, rolling the tool out to more people never changes the bill.
Are there per-document fees or generation limits?
No per-document fees, credits or metering — single and bulk generation are unlimited on every plan. Documents are generated and stored inside your own org, so the only practical ceilings are your org's own storage and platform capacity — resources you already own and can extend with Salesforce, not a meter we run.
What counts as a template?
Every Docable template record in your org counts toward the plan, active or not. One simple number — no fine print about states, and no need to shuffle activation to stay under a limit. Retire a template by deleting it and the slot frees up.
Do all plans really include every feature?
Yes — including Free. Aggregates, conditions, filtered collections, images, bulk generation, Flow automation and Flow data sources are in every plan. Plans differ only by template capacity and support.
What does the asterisk on Unlimited mean?
Unlimited means Docable never caps your template count. Generation still runs entirely inside your own Salesforce org, so your org's storage and platform limits apply naturally — exactly as they do to everything else in the org.
