These terms govern your use of the docable.co website and evaluation of the Docable product. Production use of the Docable product is governed by the subscription agreement provided with your order or the applicable AppExchange listing terms.

The website

Content on this site is provided for general information about Docable. We work to keep it accurate and honest, but content is provided "as is" without warranties and may change without notice.

Evaluations and the Free plan

• Evaluation access — including the Free plan — gives you the right to install and use the Docable managed package in Salesforce orgs you control.
• We publish upgrade paths and communicate breaking changes to customers directly. Managed package upgrades follow the standard Salesforce model.
• Feedback you share about the product may be used to improve it. We won't name you or your company publicly without permission.
• Pricing arrangements agreed in writing are honoured as agreed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or evaluation access — including attempting to disrupt the service, misrepresenting your identity, or using materials from this site to build a misleading representation of Docable.

Intellectual property

Docable, the Docable logo and the content of this site are our intellectual property. Salesforce, AppExchange and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc.; Microsoft Word is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Docable is an independent product, not endorsed by or affiliated with either.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or evaluation software. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
